Online Retail is all about trust.
I often say of an online retail seller-customer relationship,
“Trust, is the most important currency that is transacted, and the only one that matters.”
Trust is built simply on on promises made, and promises fulfilled.
It takes a long time to build trust, and even then, the trust is just enough to lead to the next interaction or transaction.
Eachpoint of engagement can break the trust and it takes time to repair the relationship.
So TRUST is important, now how does one build trust?
Heres a hint: You do not build trust by focusing on how much you can make from the person.
